- Remplissez le haut du couscoussier (la moitié) et cuire a la vapeur, rajouté l'autre moitié dès que vous voyez la vapeur se dégager et cuire pendant 20 min.
- Apres remettez la semoule dans le grand récipient, rajoutez 1 cs de sel, le 1/2 verre a thé d'huile et mélangez avec les mains ou une spatule.
- Arrosez avec 1 verre et demi d'eau jusqu'à 2 verres (+ -), mélangez, couvrez.
- Juste avant de servir le remettez les graines dans le couscoussier et cuire une 2ème fois, cette fois ci des qu'il dégage de la vapeur retirez, rajoutez le beurre et mélanger.
- La sauce :
- Dans une marmite chauffez l'huile après rajoutez l'oignon, la viande, assaisonnez et faites revenir quelques minutes.
- Rajoutez les pois chiches et couvrez avec 1 litre et demi d'eau bouillante, couvrez et 1 h plus tard rajoutez les navets et les carottes, 30 min après la pomme de terre et la courgette.
- Servez le couscous accompagné de viande, légumes et sauce et pour la touche de la cannelle en poudre.
