- Pelez les carottes et rajoutez les, mettez la morteau coupées en tranches et les saucisses coupées en 3 et en dernier les pommes de terre, faites bien dorer
- Ajoutez la tomates, le bouillon et laissez cuire couvert, en cours de cuisson vérifiez votre assaisonnement. Quand les carottes sont cuites ainsi que les pommes de terre, ajoutez vos haricots et laissez cuire à découvert 15/20mn pour qu'ils s'imprègnent bien du goût
