Positionner le panier vapeur XXL, y déposer les pommes de terre en cube saupoudrées d'un peu de persil et lancer EXPERT 25 MN / VIT 2A / 120°.
  5. Retirer le panier vapeur, mettre les pommes de terre dans la cuve et lancer EXPERT 10 MN / VIT 2A / 120°.
  6. Facultatif : Si votre sauce ne vous semble pas assez épaisse, mélanger 2 cs de maïzena dans un demi verre d'eau froide et la rajouter à la préparation puis lancer EXPERT 5 MN / VIT 3 / 100° SANS LE BOUCHON.
  7. Servir à l'assiette en recouvrant la viande d'un peu de sauce des légumes et saupoudrer le tout de ciboulette ciselée.
