  7. Faites revenir la viande dans une poêle bien chaude sans matière grasse pendant 2 minutes de chaque côté (si vous l'aimez saignante).
  8. Disposez la bavette dans une assiette, et recouvrez-la de sauce au roquefort. Servez avec les frites.
